These terms and conditions govern the use of the website of Brewhaus Sports Bar (“Brewhaus”), located at Lago Huron 113, Fluvial Vallarta, 48312, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. By browsing this site or using its forms you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Use of the site
This site provides information about Brewhaus: menus, promotions, game schedules, opportunities to join the team, franchising and contact details. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to damage or overload it, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or submit false information through the forms.
2. Menus, prices, promotions and games
We do our best to keep the information accurate, but menus, prices, promotions, hours and game schedules may change without notice and are subject to availability. Prices shown on the menus include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please tell your server before ordering. Broadcast of a game depends on signal providers and may be changed or cancelled.
3. Reservations and requests
Submitting a form or a WhatsApp message is a request for contact and does not guarantee a reservation or service until Brewhaus confirms it. Brewhaus may set conditions for reservations, groups and events, which it will communicate to you.
4. Alcoholic beverages
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited for anyone under 18. We may ask for official ID to verify age. Please drink responsibly. If you drink, do not drive.
5. Intellectual property
The name, logos, trademarks, images, texts, menus, designs and other content of this site belong to Brewhaus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The site contains links to third-party services such as Rappi, Google Maps, FormSubmit, WhatsApp and social networks. Brewhaus does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, prices or policies. Delivery orders placed on third-party platforms are governed by each platform’s terms.
7. Applications and franchising
Sending your information to join the team or to learn about franchising does not create an employment, partnership or franchise relationship. Any such relationship will require a separate written agreement.
